How do I start Opera to load a link and NOT load the home page, blank page, or other page too?

      Regards,
      Chuck Billow

Hi Cwbillow, Launch the Opera, go to the "Settings" (Alt+P)>Browser>On startup, and select the "Open a specific page or set of pages" option, then click the "Set pages" link, and then click on the input filed on the right of the "Add a new page", and type "about:blank" (to open the blank page, when you run the Opera), and then click "OK" button, and then you can add more links, to the pages, which you want to be opened, when you launch the Opera. Instead of that, you can firstly open all the pages, and then click the "Use current pages" button (to add all pages at once), and then click "OK" button, to approve the changes. After that, when you reopen the Opera, all of the added pages, should open at the start.

You may also find it useful, the "Custom New Tab Page" extension, which "Allows you to set a custom new tab page. This is useful if you do not use the speeddial, stash or discover and use a different bookmark solution (like the bookmarks bar or another extension)."

Thanks. You (I) still get the extra tab, but it's a bit faster. I thought I recalled Opera having an option to have noting open...?
