YouTube videos are black and have no sound.

When I click the YouTube video I want to watch, it is black and has no sound. It takes upward of 20 seconds for it to start playing. It doesn't do this for every video though. It is super annoying.
My opera is up to date, I have the latest flash player, and I have 60down/10up (Internet wise I am fine).
Please help, thanks.
