[Solved] Opera 42.x has started marking downloaded files by zone markers even if marking is disabled

Description: Opera 42.x has started marking downloaded files by zone markers even if marking is disabled. Latest Opera where this function works correctly is version 41.0.2353.69
I tested this bug on version 42.0.2393.85,42.0.2393.94 and developer versions: 43.0.2431.0, 44.0.2440.0

Do not preserve zone information in file attachments registry configuration:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments
SaveZoneInformation:REG_DWORD=1

Steps to reproduce: download any file with Opera 42+ on computer with disabled marking downloaded files with zone identificators

Actual result: Opera marks every downloaded file with zone identificator
Expected result: Opera marks downloaded file with zone identificator depend of windows registry settings
OS: Windows 7 x64, with latest updates
URL: any file download
Version of Opera: 42.0.2393.94
