Where is "show menu bar"?

I just installed Opera, and when I click on the big red O, there is nothing listed there to "show menu bar". How can I get the menu bar to be visible?

There's no menu bar, currently.

Thus no option to show it.

No menubar in Opera Stable, Chromium clone browsers does not have any.

A menu bar is apparently not "on the menu" — or at least I have seen no mention of it.
