Warn before refreshing with POST data

one of the maybe most annoying things is that when I am on some forums and stuff and restart opera then it will try to repost on the tabs that were loaded with sending post data, this can have horrible results with annoying error messages from the site at best and people getting banned from sites for accidential multiposting. I know that the sites should do stuff to remove the post request (e.g. a redirect header) but you cant say that all sites have to changed just because opera has a strange behavior.
Firefox has this warning since AGES and well I really like it because it really helps not getting any problems, because I can just say cancel and do an F6 (go into URLbar) -> Enter (load the page normally without any POSTs)
even if some users may not like it, at least add an option that people who want or need this can at least enable it.

seemingly I cant edit here so I add something, okay old tabs after a restart have a page showing that they want a reload with data but if for example a comment you posted kicks you directly the comment page without any redirects or anything and you want to reload just to see whether or not there are new comments, well thanks for nothing...
