URL Loader doesn't work

Hi,
After we had some connectivity issues around the office, the URL Loader application for SmartTV stopped working and there's no way to make it load any URL. All we receive, for any URL, is a "Not available" message.
We have tried with IP addresses, with Internet URL's, over WiFi & ethernet, and even a factory reset. We load the URL Loader application from favorites and from the Opera TV Store search results, but nothing.
We've checked the logs on our development server and there is no traffic coming, so it seems the URL Loader application is not even trying to reach out.
Thanks for any help since this leaves this TV as a big expensive paper weight.
BTW, the URL Loader version 1.3 and UA is:
Opera/9.80 (LINUX ARMV7L; OPERA TV STORE/6176) PRESTO/2.12.407 VERSION 12.51 MODEL/HISENSE-MTK5655 /EM

Il have a DAIKO Led 32H5270 smart tv which contains opéra tv store but i could not find URL Loader please any help ?
