Multiple issues with opera after the latest update

Hello, after I recently updated to the latest version of opera (the one sent out 18.10.16) I've been experiencing multiple issues with opera. I'm unable to hotkey anything to CTRL + 1/2/3 for instance switching left or right between tabs.

Another issue I've been having is that whenever I have a video playing or sound coming from opera, and close another opera window, the browser crashes.

I'm on Windows 10.
Opera version: 40.0.2308.90

Sounds like you install is borked. Try reinstalling.
