Opera 18 password manager

Hi,
Since I updated Opera on my Android to v18 (Nov. 22, 2013), the password manager doesn't work anymore. It does not suggest previously saved passwords nor does it ask to save passwords when I enter them.
Already uninstalled and reinstalled - no change, Opera doesn't save passwords.
Anyone experienced a similar behavior?

I have exact same problem with windows opera 18.
I have no idea how to turn on traditional opera button that let to login automatically.
I don't understand why it was removed. There are no info about it at all on Internet, like people don't use opera...
I have to login to multiple pages every hour, and typing password every-time is pain in ...
I found some settings, and was surprised that I can see all saved passwords on all websites I've logged-in.
That does not make sense, if developers removed auto login button for security reasons.

OMG! they have removed the password manager which was one of the main reasons i always used opera. being stuck in opera 12 I decided to upgrade to 18 just to discover this horrible change, they even added "show passwords' stupid feature like chrome, why they did it? opera was the only one not showing password and now i dont see any difference with other browsers, im leaving opera sadly bye dear opera...

The password manager wasn't removed, it's present but there's a bug preventing it to save passwords in most sites.
Stay tuned for updates, it's the infinite cycle.

Not sure what you mean. Opera Browser 18 for Android is still saving passwords for me just like 12 did. I also don't see any "show passwords" option. Where is it?

Almost correct, not 'most sites' but 'some sites'.
