[SOLVED] YouTube Videos suddenly stopped working but still work with Opera Developer

Today my youtube videos suddenly stopped working while watching. The site and all the thumbnails still load but the video itself stays black.
I already disabled all extensions, updated Opera and Flash and tried other browsers (including Opera developer) which are working fine.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?Edit: I am using Windows 10 64bit
Update: I don't know how I did it but 3 restarts and clearing my bin fixed it.
