Flash player in full screen goes black screen and "freezes"

Hi all, hope I'm in the right section because I'm not sure if it's GPU related. Since few days when I run a full screen of any video on the web (can be youtube or some website with movies) my screen goes black and the sound is stopped it happens completely randomly, sometimes after few minutes, sometimes never. After few seconds I can hear windows sound like I'm connecting something through USB which is weird. I can only see and move my mouse and that black background but I can't do anything, only restart.

EVGA GeForce 960 4GB
1x OCZ SSD 128GB
1x Vertex HDD 500GB
MSI Z87-G41-PCMate Motherboard

I'm also running Kasperky AV - my pc was scanned recently, windows up to date, gpu up to date I also tried downloading and installing new flash version. Why do I think it's something to do with Opera? Well this does not happen in other browsers.
