Opera not listed on "Battery Usage by Apps" on Windows 10.

When I was monitoring the battery usage on my laptop, I noticed that Chrome & Firefox are very power-hungry and also strangely Opera is ALWAYS not on the top-10 list, then I thought maybe Opera is THIS efficient that it's barely using any battery...
But then today I picked the "All Store Apps" filter from the "Battery Usage by Apps" list (Settings > System > Battery > Battery Usage by Apps) and I saw the FULL list, and discovered that Opera is not even ON the list...!?
If this is a bug, Devs please kindly fix this, because I really want to know how much power Opera is accounted for, it gives me better info on how to manage my remaining battery when I'm working outside without a power plug.
Thanks, and if others DID see Opera on list, please kindly let me know then I shall believe that it's a Windows bug.
