Verify please Opera 40.0.2308.81 does NOT have option of horizontal menu display

With the latest update to "new"Opera, eg Opera based on open source Chromium code I noticed, more like was reminded, one can no longer elect the choice of having Opera display a horizontal "menu toolbar"?
if that's true, please verify.

It is indeed true I'm afraid, and has always been the case with the Chromium-based Opera versions, as it always has been with Google Chrome too.
Vivaldi is the only Chromium-based browser that has a traditional horizontal menu AFAIK.
