PLAY - not download .mht files ?

IS there any way to make Opera "play" a intranetsite that are in the mht format?
As it is now Opera wants to download the page, i cant use that since that page changes thorugh out the day.
(that leads me to finding auto refresh ?) -

As i recognized, Opera as Chromium can only load .mht files from local storage (disk) not from webpages.

If you open a .mht by file protocol as file://D:/mmyfilwes/file.mht the archive is loaded.
