Impossible to custom lists to adblock

I have my own custom ad-block lists, compatible with EasyList, and I tried importing them from a local file on opera://settings/adblocker-custom-lists. Every time it failed with a message which translated would be "Import failed. Analysis error. Try again."
Then I placed the same file on a web server and it gave the same error. I have tried with other lists available in the web, and I always get the same error. One example is this public list: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rbrito/easylist-ptbr/master/adblock-rules.txt
