"Become tester" button on G+ creates page opening loop

Hi. This is LONGLASTING issue, reportet many times, but you have NOT done ABSOLUTELY anything about it. Do u plan to fix it ever?!
As you can see from video, if you click on "become tester" button it just opens same page with any change. This way it creates just loop. (https://youtu.be/CBmF_SpFsAk)
So please fix it finally!
