Hisense 32" no play remote list an m3u files from TV

Hi, recapturing the last post, now in English. I'm from Mexico and I have a Smart TV Hisense 32-inch TV comes with Opera and brings Ottplayer version. 1.125, in my mobil also I have installed Ottplayer. I downloaded remote m3u and m3u8 lists and lists, and I am registered in Ottplayer and have added the devices correctly, in my mobil everything works well without problems. but in the Smart Hisense I can only play movies and some series, there was a channel on MTV Rocks that if I could play from the list of channels. hoping they can support me with a solution or otherwise that iptv program can be installed in the Smart.
