oetiker.ch - missing submenues after hover (Opera 12.16)

http://oetiker.ch does not show content of submenues in top horizontal navigation after hovering submenu.
Any confirmations and hints to solve the problem?

Ask web-designer or web-site's supports why they ignored Opera browser. -

Website's problem was reported to Opera ASA and Oetiker.ch by me at 2014-04-01T1615.
