I couldn't agree more. I mentioned this gay-bashing (in my opinion) comments by that poster in my flagging the post but suspect that the author of the post was banned. The entire thread needs to be removed.

Hmmm. I wouldn't describe it as stupidity myself, and it actually seems to go well beyond mere name-calling. IMO, it has more to do with revealing a particular person's explosive, out-of-control temperament
Yes, of course, it goes beyond stupidity. I was using poetic license in saying "you can't fix stupid" to make the point that it is utterly futile to try, as you've done on more than one occasion, to reason with someone with such a twisted, irrational, retrograde mentality. What in the world would make you think that someone who has posted the things he's posted for months now might actually take your advice and seek counselling? Anyway, best wishes to you.
