Size of thumbnails in Speed Dial can no longer be changed, there are no more 'advanced settings'.
How do I change size of thumbnails in Speed Dial?
How do I change color of scroll bar on right hand side in Speed Dial? It is black, and is nearly useless.

Speed Dial doesn't work as well as it did in V33. Thumbnails can no longer be dragged and dropped.

Keep your V39, I uninstalled and went to an earlier version. I wonder how you think V39 is 'new and improved'?

So, while I was away, you took control of my computer and overrode my decision to use V34 and replaced it with the useless V39.
