Selecting text and long press bug

On certain websites like on reddit and while typing this, I accidentally hold my finger on some text and it will select it but on some sites the selecting option gets really buggy,
On some sites the screen will scroll up and won't allow me to navigate and that over scroll shadow will get erratic, so I have to close the page with the back button if I cant close the tab, other times the scrolling is bad, you cant fast scroll, you have to keep dragging in the direction you want.I tired to paste reddit link but it broke fast scrolling for this tab and the tablet ui header is now getting erratic and flickers
With android dev touch and pointer location settings it doesn't register any strange issues so its app related.
(I can't see to scroll up on this text box)

Its been a bug for a long time for me.
