O20: Adding nfpr=1 to Google

  • Hello,

I'm trying to change the built-in Google search to include the nfpr=1 argument which makes the search about twice as useful. I've already used the default_partner_content workaround to remove the other search engines in order to free up keyword 'y' for YouTube; when I did this I left Google in since I wanted to keep using it, but I forgot to add nfpr=1 to it. Now the other search engines are gone, so it worked the first time, but when I go back in and edit default_partner_content.json again it doesn't change anything. So my question is if there's:

    a) a way to get it to check default_partner_content.json again so it will reload the search engines using the correct arguments OR

    b) some other way to add an argument to a default search.

Thanks for any advice you may be able to provide.
