My complaints about Opera

Opera works very well when it works but I'm trying to import/export the bookmarks folder from the speed dial and I just can't do it no matter where I look, what I try or what I google. I mean how difficult does it have to be copy and paste a folder?
I mean ordinary people shouldn't have to understand advanced computer architecture just to copy and paste a few bookmarks. Surely that's not so difficult for developers to understand.
Anyways, what do I know, since when has this stuff, with all the backdoors, been designed for ordinary people.

Hello!
Yes, I wish they had that!
In ANY browser! So far no luck. You can usually copy and paste one bookmark (URL) at a time; or the whole horde, of course. But folders? Never was. I would like that too! -

Go into the bookmarks manager, find the folder you want to copy, right click it, click copy, go to where you want to paste it, right click an empty spot, click paste.

Just because you find it difficult does not mean it is difficult.
Surely that's not so difficult for developers to understand.
If you want snarky responses keep up the salt. If you want sweeter responses maybe try sugar.
Just to clarify, I am not a developer or in the employ of Opera in any way.

I think the OP was specifically wanting to copy and paste entire folders to and/or from the Speed Dial.
I don't think that's actually possible, although it can of course be done as you say with normal bookmarks folders.

The directions I give work with both standard bookmarks and the speed dial. Both coming from and going to the speed dial. With newer version of Opera the speed dial is treated internally just like bookmarks.
