No setting to change user agent for Android Opera Mini

All googling how to change browser agent to desktop point to

Settings -> Advanced -> User Agent
My phone do not have this setting.
So how to view Desktop version of web page? Other browser is so easy to accomplish this. While Opera Mini has been like something missing and misleading so far. Make me wonder why

Opera Mini hasn't this feature yet. If the developer will add this feature in Opera Mini it will be great. Instead Opera for Android browser has this feature.

if you are trying to view a webpage in desktop version,check in settings that one column view is not active . if active then deactivate that. and if the webpage has desktop view link then open it . all done!
