Channel 7 AU video Streaming

Not sure if the issue that i'm having is relates to the Opera browser as I've tried streaming https://au.tv.yahoo.com/plus7/live/ via IE Browser and not getting white borders at the bottom top of the video stream. I have the latest vision of Flash player and it is an enabled plugin.
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue?
