Youtube Pop Out Not Working - Help

I'm running Opera 38.0.2220.41

When the a few months or so ago I was able to use the Popout Feature in Youtube and it worked. During the last few weeks or so it no longer works.

In Opera Settings for the Video Pop Out Extensions is reads: https://[*.]www.youtube.com:443

Can anyone help, I found this pop out feature very useful.

Do you mean you have an exception defined in the pop out section?
