Want the newest version that does not have the change to chrome

I have Opera 12 Which I really like I was hoping for some bug fixes. I downloaded Opera 18 and was both disappointed and shocked at the change to chrome. And the Chrome blue frame that I can not get rid of. Is there a newer version than 12 that still does not have the chrome of 18 and if so where can I download it at .

The last version of Opera classic is 12.16 - 1860, and you can get it via the official link below.
