Hello ,

Can I force to paste the standard_mouse.ini into the Opera Mail 1.0 folder so that Opera Mail 1.0 accept mouse gestures command ?

Opera Mail - is a stump from the old (real) Opera. It's basically Opera 12 with removed features. Mouse gestures was also removed. Also it's abandonware (no updates since 2013). Uninstall it.
