An image on the Opera VPN app in the app store shows UK as a selectable region but this does not show in the app itself!

Don't we have an "Opera VPN" or "Opera Apps" section?

Maybe "Opera Add-ons"?
Or if there are only apps&stores for specific OS(s)...
