Is there any way to change the basic layout of the Opera browser? I would like it so the top bar of the browser when it is windowed is the same as it is when you maximize the browser, i.e. the Menu button is at the top left, in-line with the tabs and the recently closed button is to the left of the minimize button.

Is there any way to do this? All of the tutorials I'm finding about changing the appearance say they've only been updated for Opera Ver. 12.00 (even on Opera.com).

Any and all help is very appreciated.

There is no UI customizability in a Chromium-based browsers, including Chropera.
