Crx File Not Readable after trying to install Chrome Extension

I downloaded the "Download Chrome Extension" add-on for Opera, and every time I try to add an extension from the Chrome store, it gives me this error:

This doesn't happen on different computer where I have this add-on on Opera. I've tried reinstalling, using the beta, reinstalling the add-on, and nothing seems to work.

Googling this error gives me old posts on Chrome's dev page, but nothing related to Opera.

The developer of the extension would probably be a better source of solution for your issue. Opera does not officially support the ability to install Chrome extensions.
