Is there a way to do that? Some of my text files include comments and instructions about sites and I'd like to show them in a tab or separate window.
Maybe assign a url to the file?

Whoa! Found it:
file:///C:/users/admin/desktop/shannon.txt
Save as bookmark. Works great.
