Question about Opera system requirements

Hi! It's been a while since I've posted here.
Today, I went to upgrade Opera on my ancient Windows XP system and Opera 36 reported it was up to date. On my mom's Linux system, I believe version 37 or 38 is running. So, I went to the Opera site to see what's up with the latest version of Opera that can run on Windows XP. I quickly discovered the system requirements are basically excluded from the primary site navigation. I had to run a Google search to find the system requirements page.My question: why effectively "hide" the system requirements? Sure, they might not be read frequently but at least keep a link to the page in the main site navigation, say at the bottom of the page with the plethora of other links.

I clicked the "offline package" link and it started an automatic download. At least, that's what it did for Linux (I'm on my Linux box right now).

Maybe I'm just an old geezer...Hardly, unless I'm one too. I always check manufacturer system specs for software before installing or doing upgrades, and like you, I'll keep looking online until I find them. If I can't find them somewhere reliable, the software doesn't go on my systems. I realize it takes resources to keep websites current, but something like 'specs' and 'requirements' are so basic that this has to be an oversight when Opera doesn't link to their
https://www.opera.com/download/requirements/page on all pages offering downloads or information. By the way, it would be nice if they also listed Opera 12 requirements for Windows on that page as they do for Linux distros, just to keep things balanced. I realize Opera is currently far beyond version 12, but there are still users out there with old systems that might find the info useful (particularly the RAM and disk space requirements) - and it would be a one-time effort to publish it there.
