Can I change fonts ONLY on the bookmark toolbar?

I like to have individual tabs on my bookmark bar but I have too many. I went into advanced settngs, but it changed only my web pages as I could chose font size from very small to extra large and or choose the zoom %, but nothing for the bookmark bar. Thanks for any help.
