Google Hangout and gmail Call doesn't work- Access to microphone request

Hi,
I'm using Opera for 12 years now, but I notice recently there is something wrong with Gmail's call and hangout which is disappointing. When I wanna use it, Opera asks for permission to access micrphone. I grant access, but the call doesn't work.

Can someone please propose a fix??
