opera 36 speed dial file configuration and database

Hello, i need to know where is and witch is speed dial file configuration. I want to make my own speed dial editor.
I want add some options to add a url from my speed dial to any folders from my speed dial. The idea is use right clic on a saved url and to list all folders from my speedial dial and add this url to one of these folders because i have more than 1300 saved url(links). drag and drop is not good to do i want to do.please help me.

Its stored in the bookmarks file in your Opera profile folder.
witch folder(path please)?

Depends on where you installed it. TO find out where it is stored go to Opera Menu > About Opera. It will be listed under Paths, Profile.
