How to add folders to the Bookmarks Bar

I imported my Favorites from an HTML file and I have a folder called "Links" which includes several other folders plus single links to other web pages. I was trying to find a way to get them on to the Bookmarks Bar, but so far have been unable to find out how to accomplish that task. I've added them to my Speed Dial, but would prefer them on my Bookmarks Bar. Can someone please guide me? I know I'm probably missing the obvious, but I'm having one of those "brain dead" days. LOL
Thanks in advance for any and all help/advise.

Wrong answer. Opera bookmarks are so poorly implemented I am going back to Firefox. My case: Imported my IE favorites and wanted to add my toolbar to Opera. Dragged it and I get a folder labeled Bookmarks Toolbar, not a listing of all my tabs across the toolbar which runs the length of my screen. SO I have to open the folder and then when I right click on the tab my choices are limited to edit or open all. NO WAY TO JUST OPEN A SINGLE SITE! Clunky.

Use the Bookmarks Manager to drag them over to it.
This is somewhat correct. I just downloaded Opera after switching from Chrome and imported quite a number of bookmarks sorted in several folders.
Go to your Bookmarks Manager (click the heart icon on the left side panel); you'll see all your imported bookmarks and folders.
Click and drag the bookmark or folder to the "Bookmarks Bar" located at the bottom of the bookmarks list.
Done! Rinse and repeat for every folder/bookmark you want shown on your bar.
