"VPN works only in the private window"
I see this under Preferences > Privacy & security > VPN, but right now I'm NOT in a private window and the VPN indicator is on (blue).
So is the statement "VPN works only in the private window" accurate or inaccurate?
I'm using Opera Developer 39.0.2245.0.
Also... when is the VPN feature expected to be available in the stable version?
