I'm new to this and I was told on the help page that if I can't see videos to check the adobe plug in but there is no plug ins in the settings menu. Can anyone help me?

What do you see when you visit the page opera://plugins ?

Opera doesn't come with Flash player pre-installed, you may have to install it manually.
