Tell me please how to do that in Opera 20 was the default search from Google and not from Yandex?

Go to Opera menu -> Settings and you should see a drop-down list to choose your default search engine.
This will change the search engine used by default when you type in the address field. The Speed Dial box will remain unaltered (though there's a way to remove it enabling the power use mode).
