Cannot find an icon to start Opera

Greetings.
I have a Samsung Tab 3 tablet, running Android 4.2.2. Everything indicates that I have installed Opera, but I do not have an icon on my Apps "desktop" nor is it listed in Settings->Application Manager. I've even tried to reinstall it, but that made no difference. So, how do I actually run it?
The attempts to reinstall it clearly showed that something thought I've already installed it, but it does not seem to be on my tablet. ???

Sigh, never mind. Google Play and the Opera site kept telling lies. With the tablet's default browser, I found a download page on the Opera site that said Opera was "Installing" rather than "Installed." It never finished, though. I managed to cancel it, and reinstalled from another Opera page that said, "If your download doesn't start right away, try going here:" or something to that effect. I went to this page, Opera installed after a while, and I had a proper icon.
Opera works just as expected, thanks.
