Bug ( CTRL + J ) copy download address

sorry for my English.
before the last update, when I was downloading a file.
I used the shortcut (CTRL + J) and then was going to the active download. Right click and selected:
copy download address or copy address file.

In the last update I can not. not copy anything.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Cant copy download address from a download despite the "Copy download address" item in the context menu.
