Wrong Content on Web Page

If I command-click a link, the new tab shows in the address bar the correct URL for the link but the actual content on the webpage is identical to the original referring page.
No matter how many times I refresh the page it stays the same... the URL is correct but the content insists on reflecting the content on the previous tab.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
