Can't accessed to Twitter TV app

hello,I have some problem on my tv app,
When I am using SONY BLU-RAY BDP-S1100 to accessed TVitter TV,
It's Keep Show me (MONTHLY_RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED),but other apps are fine.
I've been using this player(and app) for about 3 years now but It's the first time something like this has happened.
Does anyone know what is wrong?Thank you!

Last Saturday(23rd April HKT) i still can be accessed to TVitter TV app,
Until this Tuesday(26th April HKT).
