Remove Accept-Language HTTP header

Is it possible to prevent Opera to send this header to websites? I already emptied the list of "Preferred languages for webpages" but that didn't help, Opera still tells website that I prefer en-US.
The whole concept is broken by design for polyglots, it changes how websites deliver content and you usually end up with the wrong language or entirely somewhere else, because the webmaster redirects you based on that setting. What I actually want is access the content stored under the URL as-is and the best way to do is to send no Accept-Language header at all (like search engines do).
