1. There is no option under Preferences/User Interface to disable the Tab Menu. Nor is there anything under opera://flags
2. Also, disabling Tab Previews has no affect on Ctrl+Tab switching: tab preview is still shown.
How can both be disabled?

Opera Version: 38.0.2205.0
System: Mac OS X 10.11.4 64-bit
