Cookies not displaying in 36.0.2130.65, Windows 8.1

Looking through the settings in Opera, I noticed that the window "All cookies and site data" comes up blank, and does not display several cookies I have allowed. They are still there though, the sites can read them. I uninstalled 36.0.2130.65 and installed version 35.0.2066.68, and the cookies displayed as they should. I then replaced version 35 with a freshly downloaded copy of the current 36.0.2130.65, and the cookie window came up blank again. So it seems to be a problem with the browser.
