Hijack webpage with popup image

Has anyone seen this before or similar?,it is a first for me
On website taste.com.au i left the tab open and came back to it later to find this popup, i didnt do any other checks as i was concerned, i refreshed the page and it went away. I check running services apps and nothing suspicious.
