To choose audio output device in opera settings

Hello!

A lot of users have their computers connected to TV, and frequently they want to use the computer and TV simultaneously
for example, to play game and to listen to the music in the PC, and to show the movie on the TV using Opera.
But the problem is that in Opera you cannot choose audio output device and Opera uses system default audio device. And, honestly, no one browser can offer this feature.

It would be really great if my favorite browser - Opera would have this feature and it could be it's strength compared to other browsers.
