Twitter videos showing browser does not support playback?

I have a windows 10 OS and opera beta it didnt work in opera stable so i tried in beta but doesnt work here either, it works on my other laptop which has windows vista with the same browser sometimes it doesnt show videos over there but it does play the audio and video at times idk what is happening?
