Opera for iPHONE (iOS) issue with google search.

i am shocked seeing this, my website is mobile friendly (responsive), when i visit it from mobile from any mobile it fits my screen perfectly. But whenever i search in opera from iPhone, it do not indicates "Mobile friendly" in google. Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9lxuj9 , you can check yourself here: Skypeforpc

How is this Opera's problem?
I can see the same search results in Opera, Safari or Chrome for iOS.
